Maybe after the record breaking final installment of Harry Potter, the latest Twilight doesn't seem to be the sensation the last two were. It'll still come close to $300 million. Happy Feet Two will probably finish just below its first installment ($198 million), and the charge of family films in theatres over Thanksgiving will do it no favors. I expect The Muppets and Puss-In-Boots to finish higher than the dancing penguins. The Descendants debuts in just under 30 theatres and has an outside shot of making the top 10. It expands to 400 theatres on Wednesday, and probably wide December 2nd I'm guessing. Considering it is the Best Picture frontrunner, a leggy run surpassing $100 million looks to be in store.
