First Oscar Presenters/Performers Announced

With exactly a month to go, the first batch of Oscar presenters and performers have been announced.

Taking the stage to present awards and highlight achievements will be Oscar-winners Benecio Del Toro, Whoopi Goldberg and Charlize Theron. Oscar-nominee Ryan Gosling as well as Tina Fey, Kevin Hart and Jacob Tremblay have been confirmed.

Scheduled to perform: Lady Gaga, Sam Smith, and The Weeknd. (No word if the other two nominated songs will be performed. I certainly hope so, as it would be nice to have a trans artist perform. It took forever last year for The Lonely Island and Tegan and Sara to be confirmed, and we still have weeks to go.)

Pharrell Williams was also announced, so I guess he could be stepping in to perform.
