Some predictions are much higher for Aladdin, bordering on $100m for the 4-day. Reviews are meh and buzz seems tepid. But, it is Disney. And it is Will Smith. And it is Memorial Day Weekend. (Granted, the last two used to be much bigger...) 2 other openers have solid to great reviews and will sadly get lost in the mix. I can only hope Booksmart opens high enough to maintain a decent screen count as its word of mouth spreads. Go, Olivia Wilde!
