Disney's money printing machine opens this weekend. Reviews are decent...enough, but that's never had an effect on these types of movies. Kong did better than expected last weekend, while Get Out continues to say just that to it's competition. The Belko Experiment is the only other opener. Despite a cool concept, it'll be lucky to do mid single digits. The bottom of the top 10 is bleak. T2 Trainspotting opens in 5 theaters and will expand in the coming weeks. I have no idea what that one will do. The original did just over $16m 21 years ago. I think this one will be lucky to hit $10m+ in the states.
