PGA & SAG Dix

PGA is Saturday night.

La La Land
(alt: Moonlight)

That one was easy.

SAG is Sunday night.

TV (just for fun):

Male Actor - Limited Series/Movie: Sterling K. Brown - People Vs. OJ Simpson
(alt: Riz Ahmed - The Night Of)
Female Actor - Limited Series/Movie: Sarah Paulson - People Vs. OJ Simpson
(alt: Kerry Washington - Confirmation)
Male Actor - Comedy Series: Jeffrey Tambor - Transparent
(alt: Tituss Burgess - Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt)
Female Actor - Comedy Series: Julia Louis-Dreyfus - Veep
(alt: Lily Tomlin - Grace and Frankie)
Male Actor - Drama Series: Rami Malek  Mr. Robot
(alt: Sterling K. Brown - This Is Us)
Female Actor - Drama Series: Thandie Newton - Westworld
(alt: Millie Bobby Brown - Stranger Things)
Ensemble - Comedy Series: Black-ish
(alt: Orange Is the New Black)
Ensemble - Drama Series: Westworld
(alt: The Crown)

FILM!

Female Actor in a Supporting Role: Viola Davis - Fences
(alt: Michelle Williams)

Male Actor in a Supporting Role: Mahershala Ali - Moonlight
(alt: Jeff Bridges)

Female Actor in a Leading Role: Emma Stone - La La Land
(alt: Natalie Portman)
Emma's not locked here. If she does win, she wins the Oscar. This is the easiest way to award La La Land. It would be weird if La La Land doesn't win a single SAG award.

Male Actor in a Leading Role: Casey Affleck - Manchester by the Sea
(alt: Denzel Washington)
This might be closer than we think. Denzel has never won a SAG award.

Ensemble - Hidden Figures
(alt: Moonlight)
This is probably my biggest risk. Moonlight would the lowest grossing Ensemble winner ever in this category by a significant margin. This has a tendency to be a very populist award show.
