Jessica Biel??? Do you even remember the last movie she was in? Jim Carrey and John Travolta haven't been relevant for over a decade and come off as genuinely creepy now. And even with those, Kate Hudson is probably still the most WTF on here. I guess she'll be presenting with Goldie.
I'll overlook most of the Oscar-winners, but Spacey is TV now and hasn't been in any relevant movie for a long time. Sidibe, also TV now. Glenn Close, also TV though she does have some high profile movies coming out. Kerry Washington - fine last year, but has nothing coming out, and again, TV.
Happy we finally get Emma Watson, but sad no Emma Stone especially with Garfield being there.
There's also a lack of funny people - only Sudeikis? But I guess after last year's fail at comedy, maybe this is a blessing.
Strange that this is Ewan McGregor's first Oscar appearance.
Surprised there's no Affleck, but maybe he'll be there with Jennifer.
I know she's old Hollywood and blah blah blah but after Novak's comments about The Artist raping her 2 years ago, I'm surprised she's here.
Good things: more black presenters and a variety of ages.
Oh, and they also announced last week that Pink will be performing. Ugh. Get ready for twirling in the air.
