I'm being optimistic on all the openers.  It just feels like one of those weekends with the potential to breakout.  Enough people have forgotten about the mid-90's Judge Dredd, but there's little interest in the actual property.  The new film has shockingly solid reviews, which might help it.  Likewise, End of Watch has good reviews.  Open Road hasn't had much luck so far, and I don't think this film will change anything for them.  It might end up a small sleeper.  Trouble With the Curve shouldn't be affected by Clint's rambling to a chair.  Moneyball opened last year at this time to high teens and ended up with a total gross in the 70's.  I'd say that's the least we can expect for TroubleThe Master is expanding to around 700 theatres after its record breaking debut in five theatres, which is probably too aggressive.  They should've shot for low hundreds, and saved the big expansion for next weekend.  That said, it is a future Oscar nominee and should still be in art houses till the holidays roll around.  Lastly, House at the End of the Street will perform exactly like anyone expects it to.
