Us is the only opener. I swear a few months back there were 5-6 movies on this date. So many films got removed from their spring dates. The Get Out follow up looks to perform similarly to a sequel, even if it's an entirely new story. Marketing has been aggressive and interest has been high since the trailer dropped back on Christmas. Cruel Intentions is getting a 20th Anniversary re-release. I doubt it makes the top 10, even with the bottom few movies getting dire numbers. Given 1999 was a big year for films, I expect we'll be getting a few more of these re-releases. I'm surprised there's not a Matrix reissue planned. I would've figured that film getting a push instead of Cruel Intentions.
