That's when she's finally go win an Oscar, right? Doctor Strange, Trolls and Hacksaw Ridge all did solid to great numbers last weekend. Finally, the box-office has been awaken! People might be looking for some escapism this weekend and there's plenty of choices for audiences. Almost Christmas should do solid numbers. I doubt it cost much. Shut In probably won't make much of a dent. The one to watch is Arrival. Arriving with great reviews, it might end up being too cerebral for mainstream audiences. Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk opens in 2 theaters before expanding to 800+ next weekend. Sadly, it really feels like it's being dumped. Loving did very good business last weekend in four theaters, while Moonlight continues to excel.
