Two openers this weekend, with The Boss likely to dethrone Batman Vs. Superman. The latter is free-falling even more than expected. In fact, Zootopia might end up outgrossing it. The Melissa McCarthy film has terrible reviews, but that didn't stop Tammy from earning $85m. Hardcore Henry has good reviews, but it might still be a tough sell for audiences. I think the trailers have done a good job, but the new studio STX has had better luck with horror films. Jake Gyllenhaal's Demolition opens in about 500 theaters, so it probably won't make the top 10. Reviews are middling, so I doubt an expansion is in its future. Meanwhile, Eye In the Sky continues to do very well.
