An easy victory for Will Smith is in store, though Focus could go higher. The marketing has - ha! - lacked focus, as it seems unsure of whether to sell itself as a romance, comedy, thriller, or just an old fashioned caper. It'll do solidly, though. I'm just taking a shot in the dark with Lazarus and I could see it debuting in the bottom of the top 10. Still Alice has been doing decently since award season heated up will make the top 10 this weekend after a nice Oscar bump. A final gross in the high teens isn't that high, but Moore isn't a draw and the film's subject matter is too depressing for most people. I'd say that number would be a win.
