Trailers: "The Purge: Anarchy" and "Tammy"

Here's the trailer for the sequel to The Purge, aptly titled The Purge: Anarchy.  The concept for this one is what I said the concept for the first one should have been: people get stuck in the streets amidst the chaos and have to kill their way home.  It should be like a badass 80's B-movie.  Unfortunately, it looks like a sleek modern thriller.  I wasn't as much of a hater of the first installment as most people, but I wasn't exactly a fan.  The first half was well done, but the second half was just a standard home invasion thriller.  Too many guns, not scary enough, Lena Headey underutilized. 




Here's the trailer for Tammy.  Melissa McCarthy and her husband Ben Falcone wrote and directed this one, which has a splendid supporting cast.  Very nice teaser, it's funny and does what it needs to.
