COMMENTS: What's with all the fucking ties?  Also, rumor has it that they invented the Special Citation for 12 Years a Slave because some members were pissed it lost Film.  LA has gone with Alexander Payne's last 3 films, so Nebraska losing Film is a small surprise.  Happy for the mention of Upstream Color!
