Promised Land - $4m / $4.3m / $12m

Some of the "total so fars" might be a little high as it depends how much of a drop they have today.  Opening in the same slot that made The Devil Inside a profitable hit, Texas Chainsaw 3D won't match that film's massive (compared to expectations) $30m opening, but it should do enough to fit somewhere in the top 3.  Looking at where some of these films are, it's pretty surprising just how far Django Unchained will go.  Not Fade Away, The Impossible and Hyde Park on Hudson are expanding to a few hundred theaters, but none of those should make the top 10.  Promised Land had a very subpar opening in 25 theatres last weekend, and likewise will debut just outside the top 10.  Zero Dark Thirty expands to about 60 locations before next week's wide release.
