One of the deadest weekends in years.  I wouldn't be surprised if The Words opens to even less than that.  Summit is dumping Cold Light of Day into 1400 theatres with almost zero marketing.  They could have realized how vacant this weekend was after Gangster Squad moved and launched a somewhat decent advertising campaign.  Next week brings a double dose of 3D: another installment in the usually reliable Resident Evil franchise and another Disney rerelease.
