Box: But Can Mark Wahlberg Prevent Bad 9/11 Movies?

1. Underworld: Awakening - $22m / $22m / $52m
2. Contraband - $13.5m / $47.5m / $76m
3. Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close - $13m / $13.7m / $42m
4. Red Tails - $10.5m / $10.5m / $35m
5. Beauty and the Beast 3D - $10m / $35m / $56m
6. Joyful Noise - $7m / $23m / $42m
7. Mission Impossible 4 - $6.5m / $198.5m / $214m
8. Haywire - $6m / $6m / $16m
9. Sherlock Holmes 2 - $4.5m / $178m / $190m
10. Alvin and the Chipmunks 3 - $4m / $125.5m / $138m
The Iron Lady - $4m / $13m / $35m

Like the Resident Evil films, the Underworld films seem to do the exact same amount and seemingly will never end. A shame that Haywire is supposed to be quite good and will probably do dismal numbers. Next week, Liam Neeson vs. wolves and the much anticipated Oscar bump.
