42 opened higher than expected, and with an A+ Cinemascore should see some very hot legs.  I'm glad Oblivion is finally opening so I don't have to see that fucking trailer anymore.  Pines expands to over 1200 theaters, but it might have some lukewarm word of mouth from more mainstream moviegoers once they find out Gosling's part is only supporting and not lead as advertised.  Rob Zombie's Lords of Salem will be released in about 300 theaters.  He has a small but loyal fanbase but I don't think it will be enough to push the film in the top 10.  Olympus Has Fallen has been seeing some decent holds the past several weeks, enough that the studio won't have to fudge the numbers that much to get it past $100m.
