I went 19/24.  I think I almost always go 18/24.

Be back tomorrow or Tuesday with complete thoughts and best dressed, blah blah blah.

Quick thoughts:

OSCAR WINNER ANNE HATHAWAY, fuckers!

Easily one of the worst Oscar shows I've ever seen.  The opening (minus Charlize and Channing - who were wonderful) was terrible and never ended.  Seth's first joke (something about the showing being a three hour task to make Tommy Lee Jones laugh) was his best, then it all went downhill.  First, I can't believe the number of sexist jokes?  The musical performances were mostly flat, and cutting people off with the Jaws music??? UGH!  The Chicago cast coming out couldn't be greeted with less enthusiasm, and they all seemed like they were stoned.   So campy.  Adele was great.

Best moment of the night: ANG LEE!!!!  OMG!!! I WAS SO HAPPY AT THAT!!!

As for the fashions, I thought they were mostly great.  And you guys, I think tonight may have featured one of the best dresses I've ever seen on at the Oscars!!! OMG!!!!  Details to come.

Seth was right.  Next year's producers and the Academy needs to hear it:

Amy.
Tina.

Done.

This about sums up the whole show:
