Vote for the MTV Movie Award Nominees!

For the first time, MTV wants your input to decide the nominees for the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. Remember when these were actually cool? Remember last year when the performance categories went to Zac Efron and Kristen Stewart? Big difference. I have no doubt that even if the nomination process was overrun with cinephiles that nominated actual quality vs. MTV "cool" stuff, the Twilight series and its overhyped stars would still somehow be nominated. Nevertheless, I've decided to vote for these to ensure that even if Pattinson and Stewart find themselves nominated, the likes of Melanie Laurent and Jeff Bridges have a chance as well.

VOTE HERE!

Here's what I voted for:

Best Kiss:
Amanda Seyfried & Megan Fox - Jennifer's Body

Best Fight:
Beyonce Knowles & Ali Larter - Obsessed

Best Villain:
Christoph Waltz - Inglourious Basterds

Best WTF Moment:
Katie Featherston dragged out of bed - Paranormal Activity

Best Ass-Kicking Star:
Sam Worthington
(Re: This Category. Was Tom Cruise even in a movie during the nomination time period? Same for Angelina Jolie?)

Best Scared-As-Shit Performance:
Alison Lohman - Drag Me To Hell
(Audrina? She was in Sorority Row for almost a minute and was barely shown in frame.)

Best Female Breakout Star:
Melanie Laurent - Inglourious Basterds

Best Male Breakout Star:
Christoph Waltz - Inglourious Basterds
(How exactly is Joseph Gordon Levitt a breakthrough????)

Best Female Performance:
Mo'nique - Precious
(Holy shit! Their choices SUCK! It's weird they have Amy, but not Meryl for Julie and Julia.)

Best Male Performance:
Jeff Bridges - Crazy Heart
(LOL - I actually can't believe he was here?)

Best Comedic Performance:
Betty White - The Proposal
(Really shitty lineup.)

Global Superstar:
Marion Cotillard
(Just cuz she was actually listed. LOL - Where's Nicole Kidman? AND HOW THE FUCK IS TAYLOR LAUTNER A GLOBAL SUPERSTAR??????)

Best Movie:
Inglourious Basterds
(Surprised they actually had The Hurt Locker listed.)

I dunno about inglorious basterds being the best movie. The first 30 minutes of the movie almost put me to sleep.
