Film - 59/70 - 84.3%
Television - 36/55 - 65.5%
95/125 - 75%

Overall, this is the best I've done in at least 4 years? I'd have to go back and look at my scores.

They actually announced early. They usually say 8AM meaning the first batch at 8:15, second at 8:35ish. This year first batch came right after 8 and the second was at 8:15.

MOVIES:
The big story is Little Women snubbage and The Two Popes coming back strong. Netflix really dominated. They are probably the big winners of the morning, along with Parasite and Once Upon a Time In Hollywood.

I don't think there were any true surprises - maybe The Lion King in Animated, which I don't think most people even considered to be eligible. Cate Blanchett over a small handful of more deserving candidates. I guess they just really love her. Shame Julianne Moore and Jessie Buckley couldn't get that slot. Not sure what to do with that Bening nom, though.

They still have a grudge against De Niro.

The films about women were relegated to acting categories. The pic lineups are male-heavy. Can they get Natalie Portman to present and shame them again?

TELEVISION:
And then Netflix kinda bombed here given When They See Us was completely overlooked. Like I said in my predictions, the television side is going to get increasingly harder to predict with so many shows/networks/streams and much of it new.

They really went for The Morning Show. All three Greene sisters were nominated - Jennifer, Reese and Christina.

I just knew they would be over Sandra Oh and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

Happy Kaitlyn Dever got in! Haven't seen Unbelievable, but she was so great in Short Term 12 and Booksmart.
