A big weekend ahead. A pretty big month, too! The R-rated Logan arrives with very good reviews and the rating will add an audience that wanted to see Wolverine really tear things up. Last week, Get Out out performed expectations and had a strong hold across the weekend. That should extend to this weekend as well. Word of mouth is stellar. The Shack has quite a healthy amount of ticket sales already, so this is probably another Miracles From Heaven. Before I Fall might not make the top 10. As I illustrated above, there's a handful of films waiting just outside the top 10. I have no idea how many theaters Table 19 is getting. I'm guessing around 1,000. Moonlight will expand to 1,500+ theaters even thought it's now available for home viewing. That should give enough of a bump to become A24's highest grossing film.
