It might seem odd opening a film about a plane crash on the 15th Anniversary of 9/11, but Warner apparently sees no problem with this. Sully has solid reviews and the Hanks/Eastwood pairing should be pretty enticing. When the Bough Breaks joins a long list of cheap Screen Gems (TV) movies that do well in this slot and then no one remembers until we talk about how well the last one did next year at this time. But, hey, Regina Hall got some work and I can't complain about that. I have no idea what The Wild Life is, but it's probably another Norm of the North performance-wise. The Disappointments Room is on the list of long delayed Relativity releases that should probably go direct to streaming. Before I Wake was supposed to open this weekend, and Room was supposed to open in November but the bankrupt studio bumped it up at the last minute.
